We advise to store the product in the Kosha dust bag. Keep it away from Moisture, perfume, Alcohol, harsh chemicals. We advise Spot Cleaning only. Keep away from sharp objects

All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of materials and fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.

At House of Kosha, we accept online payments and COD for orders under INR 8000. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 5-6 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

The tracking is shared over whatsapp. If your enquiry is urgent, you can email out to us at contact@houseofkosha.in or whatsapp us at +91-9810468900, and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at contact@houseofkosha.in with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

We are happy to help but unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of House of Kosha. Defective/Damaged Merchandise: While we strive to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at contact@houseofkosha.in and we would be happy to replace the same.
