Initially, Kosha was to-do lists on the walls, orders packed on the floors, and cartons spilling out of every corner of our rented flat.
Fast forward to today — Kosha is now live on Nykaa Luxe, Myntra Luxe, AZA, Ogaan, and more.
We’ve sold over 1,000 bags, many to repeat customers who found us at exhibitions or stumbled upon us online and never looked back.
We’ve built a tiny but mighty team.
And we’ve slowly, intentionally grown into a brand that feels premium — not just in product, but in purpose 🌸
But if we’re being honest, the real milestones were never the flashy ones.
It was the first time a stranger placed an order.
The night AZA sent us our first purchase order — and we screenshotted that email like it was gold.
The moment a customer messaged saying, “I wore your bag for my wedding — and everyone asked where it was from.”
The day we hired our first full-time team member and realised: we’re not doing this alone anymore.
Or those late-night café meetings in Khan Market after our 9-to-5 jobs, sitting with fabric swatches, Excel sheets, and dreams far bigger than our bank accounts would allow.
That café was our war room.
That table was where Kosha became real ☕🧵
We still remember the day we hit 100 orders.
We had recorded every single one manually in an Excel sheet.
Seeing that number hit three digits?
It felt like we’d climbed a mountain 🏔️
Today, the numbers are bigger — but every ping still means something.
We’re still bootstrapped. Still learning. Still showing up.
But we’ve grown — slower, stronger, more rooted.
From a shared laptop to luxe platforms — this is what progress has looked like for us.
